The staff was friendly and professional! they explained everything clearly upon my arrival. the hotel is near public transport. The tram and s-bahn are just steps away. the room was super clean. I really loved the excellent shower.

the check-in process was slow. the receptionist seemed occupied and i waited longer than expected even without a queue.

Breakfast was GREAT!!! it had many dishes and started before 7 am. it stayed open until 10 am, more than enough. my daughters were happy. They had fun there.

The location was good and close to public transport. The reception staff were very friendly to me. I found the breakfast good.

The beds in my room were two single beds pushed together. The toilet sliding door was not good. I heard a constant ventilation sound from the toilet and it was very annoying to me.

The hotel is near Sachsenhausen restaurants.. The included breakfast offered a great selection. The room was cleaned daily, a very nice touch. Check-in was fast and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly.
